Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

AntiBrndPerfume strives to ensure a delightful shopping experience for all its customers. We understand that once a product is opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, items cannot be returned to the seller after delivery.

 

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for missing or damaged products.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Instructions: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

    In rare instances of product damage (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items) during transit, a refund or exchange may be processed following a detailed review of the refund policy.

    Our perfumes are formulated with active natural ingredients. Damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not eligible for coverage under this policy. Additionally, this policy does not address issues related to individual sensitivities to a product or ingredient. Customers are advised to perform a patch test as recommended for each product.

    Refund Policy:

    AntiBrndPerfume is not liable for any damage that occurs post-delivery.

    • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for missing or damaged products. Notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package if you receive a damaged item or if any product is missing.
    • Requesting a Refund: Contact our customer service team with clear photos of the damaged item(s) or evidence of the missing product(s).
    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    For claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is required.

    To initiate a refund, contact our customer support at +91 8369937944 or email us at contact@antibrndperfumes.in with relevant images and videos. Please use the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order details.

    If you receive a tampered, damaged, or defective package, please refuse delivery and contact our customer care immediately.

    If an order is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer care within 3 days. Refunds are not issued after this period.

    Refunds do not include delivery charges, which are non-refundable by our delivery partners.

    For cash on delivery refunds, the amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.

    Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.

    Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days to process from the date of approval.

    Upon initiating a refund, AntiBrndPerfume will provide transaction details and relevant screenshots.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.

    Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch from our warehouses, incurring a gateway charge of 2.5%.

    Refunds for cancelled paid orders will be credited back to the original payment account within 15 days of the cancellation being accepted.

    Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. For prepaid orders returned to the seller, an amount of 75 will be deducted.
